The D Cool Water Tool is a great solution with its 10mm glass connection it is able to connect directly to any standard dynavap mouthpiece. This might not be as good as a connection as a male and female joint but is quick and easy and does work really well.

In the D Cool the bottom chamber is approximately filled half way with water. Vapour bubbles its way through the bottom chamber then up through the slits in the top chamber. This top chamber helps keep splattering water away from your lips.
